Hello there!
This blog chronicles my journey from a fitness level of average to awesome. At the moment, I’m training for a Mud Run and this blog will show my daily failures and triumphs.
Training in this manner is quite new for me, so feel free to email or post advice AND critiques about my eating and exercising habits. I need all the help I can get!

LOL – the Mud Run is an 8k race and obstacle course held for military AND civilians on the local navy base. There’s a run over the beach, then though a mud pit, followed by some wall climbs and anything else the soldiers, marines and seamen can throw at us. I’ll probably come in dead last, but I have to give a go lol.
